Avigard and Deedwrought Points of Reference
A good amount of information on inspirations for my Avigard setting
Sample entry — starter content for this blog.
I have spent many years reading, watching, and analyzing various forms of media that I personally enjoyed and continue to enjoy. A lot of this work is fantasy, in some form or another. But my inspirations in writing derive from even certain science fiction and contemporary fiction. Much like AD&D 1e’s Appendix N there’s quite a large number of authors, books, and shows or movies that I have been inspired by. I hope to have this as a decent reference for what truly inspires Avigard, and shows the types of stories I wish to tell.
